Bernard has worked in the areas of Real Estate and Facilities Management for over 20 years in Canada and the United States. He has worked in the private, not for profit and public sectors and is committed to providing the best possible outcome for clients. Bernard has provided real estate and facilities services for organizations in the technology, financial services and social housing areas. He enjoys working on new construction, renovations and the adaptive reuse of Heritage properties.
Bernard holds a M.A. from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and has completed executive education courses at the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University. He has been certified as a Reserve Fund Planner (Real Estate Institute of Canada) and has completed training in the Charrette System (Collaboration by Design) from the National Charrette Institute (USA).
